President of CANADEM Canada Karen Gisella Mairena is an international leader and visionary committed to advancing women’s leadership and global social impact. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and specialization in Logistics Management and Customer Service Leadership, Karen has dedicated her career to transforming organizations and communities through strategic leadership, innovation, and the development of high-performance teams.

She holds international certifications in Business Leadership, Communication, Negotiation, and Public Speaking from HCN World, and has participated in the Values Transformation Roundtable led by John C. Maxwell, integrating principles of ethics, emotional intelligence, and conscious leadership into every project she leads.

She is the Founder and CEO of MIA (Mujer Influencia Actual), an international community created in memory of her daughter Mia, through which she promotes empowerment, resilience, and the growth of women around the world.

Her mission is clear: to transform pain into purpose and leadership into legacy.
She currently serves as President of Canada for CANADEM, strengthening international cooperation and leading high-impact initiatives in partnership with global platforms.
