Vivian Shaw

Vivian Shaw was born in Colombia, she resides in Kernersville, North Carolina and comes from humble beginnings. From an early age, her loving family instilled within her the truth that money, power, and prestige on their face cannot provide humans with happiness. True happiness and wealth come from commitment to God, family and community. The love and direction given to Vivian as a child has helped orient her toward a life of service.
Moving to America at the age of fifteen was a formative experience for Vivian. This event cultivated within her an ability to transform chaos into order. In 2006, Vivian and her family started Chalarka Co., a tax, payroll and insurance company. This platform has allowed Vivian to weave herself into the community, and provide business services to hundreds of clients. Her eagerness to be of service has given her the ability to meet the needs of her community with professionalism and care.
The spirit of volunteerism has shined throughout Vivian’s life. She has spent years with Susan G. Komen foundation, raising awareness for breast cancer. She also provides translation services at the county courthouse, as well as helps feed and clothe the homeless.
Vivian Shaw has an extensive history with start ups, a demonstrated willingness to solve problems, and a refined ability to manage teams. She holds degrees in nursing, and is a licensed commercial insurance agent.
