Dr. Abraham Otoniel Frayre García

Dr. Abraham Otoniel Frayre García is a highly qualified medical professional with a background in both medicine and nutrition. He graduated as a Medical Surgeon from the Faculty of Medicine and Nutrition at the Universidad Juárez del Estado de Durango and holds a second degree in Nutrition from Universidad Durango Santander. Additionally, he has completed various advanced degrees, including a Master of Science in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery from Cambridge International University and postgraduate studies in liposculpture and geriatrics.
His professional experience spans several sectors, including the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), where he worked in various medical specialties such as emergency medicine, surgery, pediatrics, oncology, and more. He has also held the role of General Director of a rural clinic and contributed to the mobile health units of the Ministry of Health in Durango.
Dr. Frayre has significant experience in aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery, having trained and practiced in both Mexico and Spain. His private practice includes work in prestigious clinics and hospitals across Mexico.
In addition to his medical practice, he has been involved in several leadership roles in the cannabis industry, including as Director General of CANNAB Capital Group and President of the National Organization for the Pharmaceutical Cannabis Industry in Mexico. He is also an advocate for using cannabis in medical treatments, particularly for pain, anxiety, and sleep disorders.
Dr. Frayre has been recognized for his contributions to medicine and healthcare, receiving awards such as the Medal for Excellence in Social Health Prevention and the National Award for Professional Excellence in Medicine. He is passionate about continuous learning, social responsibility, and public health initiatives.
