OFFICIAL INAUGURATION

The G100 Business Networking Wing of the United States of America successfully led by Sonia Morffi, Country Chair hosted its inaugural event, bringing together a distinguished gathering of women leaders from diverse industries. The event served as a dynamic platform for fostering collaboration, sharing insights, and driving impactful business connections.

Conducted by our facilitator Rhonda Binda. Key highlights included inspirational keynote addresses from the following; H.E Ann Linde, former Minister of the Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Sweden, Hon. Carmen Vasquez, New York Supreme Court Justice, Hon. Kathy J. King, New York Supreme Court Justice, Perla Tamez, Founder of the Latina Empire and President of Napoleon Hill Institute Spanish Division, and Maria Belen Muñoz Barajas, Mexico’s first Indigenous Congresswoman from the State of Nayarit. A welcoming ceremony in order to introduce the G100 USA – Business Networking Wing State Chairs Beatrice de Salles of California, Deborah Crowley of Michigan, MD.MPH Padmini Murthy of New York, Springa Zhao of Florida, and Denise Mejia Guerrero of Nevada.  High-level engaging networking sessions that emphasized the importance of women’s leadership in shaping the future of business. Participants explored opportunities for cross-sector partnerships, mentorship initiatives, and strategies for advancing economic empowerment, Global Influence and Diplomacy.

The event concluded on a high note, with attendees reaffirming their commitment to strengthening women-led enterprises and expanding the reach of the G100 network. This milestone gathering marked the beginning of an ongoing journey toward inclusivity, innovation, and global business excellence. We were very proud to collaborate alongside Mina Martines, Executive Director of Canadem USA. Special Guests include Yely Sandoval, President Canadem East Coast and Global Influencer, Geraldine Matallana Forero. 

We gather in the heart of New York City, within the halls of the United Nations, to mark not just a milestone but a movement-one that champions the power of women’s leadership, global collaboration, and the unwavering pursuit of gender equality.

As we inaugurate G100 Business Networking Wing USA, we open new doors for women in business, innovation, and policy, forging connections that transcend borders and industries. And as we celebrate three decades since the Beijing Declaration, we reaffirm our collective commitment to the principles of equity, empowerment, and progress that continue t o shape a more just and inclusive world.

This luncheon was  more than a gathering-it’s a testament to t h e strength of our global network and the impact of our shared vision. Together, we are not just commemorating history; WE ARE SHAPING THE FUTURE.
